Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Strategic Business Development Engineer. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, communicating with potential clients, and driving sales initiatives. The role involves working closely with the sales and engineering teams to develop strategic plans and solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and business development Proven New Business Development and Business Development skills Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and team members Experience in Sales and driving business initiatives Masterer's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Ability to work on-site in Pune Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
