Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an STP/ETP Operator located in Mumbai. The STP/ETP Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the sewage and effluent treatment plants. Daily tasks include sampling, testing, documenting operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and troubleshooting equipment issues. The operator will also oversee the safe handling and disposal of waste materials, as well as ensure that all plant operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience in operating, monitoring, and maintaining STP/ETP systems
Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and environmental regulations
Skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining treatment plant equipment
Ability to collect and analyze samples for testing and documenting operations
Strong attention to detail and compliance with safety standards
Effective communication and documentation skills
Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in a related field is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
