STP/ETP Operator

ey Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Supervise the daily operations of the ETP, STP, and RO plants to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Schedule and assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to wastewater and water treatment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
• Report any non-compliance issues or incidents to the relevant authorities and take corrective actions.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process enhancements and technological upgrades.
• Inventory and Budget Management:
• Manage inventory of spare parts and chemicals, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for plant operations, including the evaluation of operational expenses and resource allocation.
