As an Inventory Manager at our company located in Nerul (Navi Mumbai), your primary role would be to manage and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies for epoxy moulding. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials while maintaining quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing and improving inventory control procedures to minimize stock outs and excess inventory. - Collaborating with production teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery to meet production schedules. - Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records and address discrepancies promptly. - Optimizing warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and accessibility of materials. - Overseeing the receiving, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring proper handling and documentation. - Implementing safety measures and protocols within the warehouse to ensure a secure working environment. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency. - Generating regular reports on inventory status, consumption patterns, and other relevant metrics. To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma/Bachelors in Engineering with 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the epoxy moulding or manufacturing industry. Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Problem-solving skills. - Time management and prioritization. - Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. - Leadership and teamwork skills. - Proficiency in ERP software. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
