Maintain shift-wise production records.
SQDCM Focus:
Safety: Identify and report hazards, ensure zero first aid cases, and maintain safe working conditions.
Quality: Ensure defect-free assembly, correct parts fitment, and support audits documentation.
Delivery: Ensure timely vehicle delivery as per plan and proper handover to the next stage.
Cost: Follow 5R principles and reduce material wastage.
Morale: Encourage team discipline, presence, and involvement in improvement activities.
