Vacancy is Open in Bus Body Manufacturing company:- Job Location - Lucknow Designation - Material Handling & Movement to stores/ Production. Job Purpose: To support smooth and safe operations of the chassis assembly line by following SQDCM principles and ensuring timely production with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Production Operations: Operate and monitor chassis assembly stations as per SOP/WIS. Meet daily production targets with minimal downtime. Perform basic quality checks and escalate issues. Maintain 5S and follow safety protocols. Support line balancing, takt time, and minor tool adjustments. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams. Maintain shift-wise production records. SQDCM Focus: Safety: Identify and report hazards, ensure zero first aid cases, and maintain safe working conditions. Quality: Ensure defect-free assembly, correct parts fitment, and support audits documentation. Delivery: Ensure timely vehicle delivery as per plan and proper handover to the next stage. Cost: Follow 5R principles and reduce material wastage. Morale: Encourage team discipline, presence, and involvement in improvement activities. Technical Skills: knowledge of chassis assembly (frame, axle, suspension, torque tools). Familiarity with pneumatic tools, lifting equipment, and visual inspection. Ability to read work instructions and perform minor troubleshooting. Awareness of PPE, safety, and line discipline.
