Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day
raw material stores operations
.
Handle, store, and be accountable for raw materials such as
plates, pipes, tubes, angles, channels, and beams
.
Perform
gate entry and GRN creation
as per approved Purchase Orders.
Issue raw materials as per
BOM through ERP system
.
Maintain and update
raw material stock records
regularly in ERP.
Ensure accurate
inventory control
(Physical stock vs ERP stock).
Follow and implement
FIFO system
strictly.
Coordinate with
Production, Purchase, QAC, and Head Office
for smooth material flow.
Ensure
proper material storage practices
and safety standards.
Optimize and ensure
proper utilization of storage space
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Any Graduate
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in stores function, preferably in
manufacturing / engineering industries
Knowledge of
ERP systems
, inventory management, and material handling
Basic understanding of
BOM, GRN, FIFO, and stock reconciliation
Good coordination and communication skills
