Job Responsibilities: Preparation of General arrangement drawing manufacturing drawing & material take-off for pressure Vessels, Reactors, Columns, Heat Exchanger, Preparation of General arrangement & fabrication drawing for atmospheric Tanks (API650) including material take-off. Study & review Clients specification & standards before starting new project. To compile the daily status of incoming and outgoing drawings. To submit revised drawings as per comments to client for seeking final approval. Assist Purchase Department to prepare summarized project wise BOQ requirement. Assist marketing department to prepare equipment sketches required for bidding. Co-ordinate between factory & design department. Preparation of Cone plate development, offset nozzle plate development. Preparation of in-volute plate development. Preparation of Plate Cutting Layout. Preparation of pipe duct drawing with required plate development. Structural Drawings like Platforms, ladders, & Stacks etc. Responsibility includes Fabrication drawings with BOM up to approval by TPI. As Built after Job Manufacturing. Focus on development of leads for evaporater and dryer in chemical ,Pharm and other sectors. Adherence to the enquiry and prospect development system for effective evaluation &segregation of prospects in various categories. Development & betterment of standard formats for the proposal & costings for various package and systems. Market development through planned and systematic approach in the defined sector. Regular feedback to the management regarding market needs & competitive offering. Monthly report with action plan and clarity on what needs to be done for sustainable growth and meeting the target. Represent company at various industry events.
