Job Title: Store Supervisor

Job Overview

The Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing and monitoring all day-to-day non-sales activities of the store. This includes ensuring proper store maintenance, discipline, staff management, cleanliness, and coordination of support functions. The role requires attention to detail, organizational ability, and leadership skills to maintain a well-functioning store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor housekeeping, pantry, tailoring, guards, valet, and other support staff.
• Ensure overall cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the store (floor, trial rooms, tailoring room, washrooms, etc.).
• Maintain discipline and grooming standards among all staff members.
• Oversee steam ironing, apparel folding, and proper organizing of stock in the store and stockroom.
• Ensure proper visual display setup and assist in VM coordination.
• Handle furniture upkeep and ensure fixtures/equipment are maintained properly.
• Monitor daily opening and closing activities, ensuring staff adherence to timings.
• Maintain checklists for cleanliness, repairs, and daily operational tasks.
• Coordinate with management for any repair, maintenance, or operational support required.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with store rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or facility management.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Ability to manage housekeeping, tailoring, and support staff efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Flexible with timings and able to handle multiple operational responsibilities.
