Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at The Garden Ananta Elite in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in store management or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate store staff activities to ensure efficient operations.
Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience.
Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of store management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
