Job Description

About the Role:

Store Success Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and staff management
Ensure stock availability, timely replenishment, and reduce shrinkage
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and take action to improve performance
Analyze sales trends and suggest strategies for product focus and promotions
Ensure team meets upselling and customer engagement KPIs
Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
Maintain a high standard of in-store service at all times

Required Skills :

Strong leadership, team management, and people skills
Excellent customer service and sales-oriented mindset
Proficiency with POS systems, MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
