Store Stylist/ Asst. Store Manager

You will be responsible for handling customers and understanding their needs and requirements. You will consult and guide them according to their needs, assist them in purchasing the right product, and cross sell & upsell where possible. Addressing customer complaints will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be required to maintain store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining them, and ensuring store visual merchandising is as per standards.
