As a Store Sales Executive at Gravity Bath Pvt. Ltd., your role involves managing day-to-day showroom operations, assisting customers in product selection, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your strong communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and ability to maintain the brand's professional image within the showroom are crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Service - Greet customers professionally and identify their needs and preferences. - Provide product information, demonstrations, and guidance to help customers make informed decisions. - Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with walk-in customers and influencers such as plumbers, interior designers, and architects. - Sales & Retail Operations - Drive sales by actively upselling and cross-selling products based on customer requirements. - Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. - Stay informed about current offers, promotions, and new product launches. - Ensure smooth billing and transaction processes through the POS system. - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company's entire product range and specifications. - Showroom Handling & Merchandising - Maintain the showroom's cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal. - Arrange product displays attractively to promote new and high-selling SKUs. - Ensure proper stock display, price tagging, and inventory accuracy. - Conduct quality checks of displayed products and coordinate with the Store Manager for replenishments. - Assist in receiving, unpacking, and managing incoming stock deliveries. - Product Knowledge - Develop in-depth knowledge of Gravity Bath's full product range, including technical features and applications. - Confidently explain product benefits and differences to customers. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments. - Team Collaboration - Work closely with the Store Manager to support in achieving store objectives. - Coordinate with marketing and inventory teams for smooth in-store operations. - Assist during promotional events, customer engagement activities, and store campaigns. - Contribute ideas to enhance sales, improve customer service, and optimize store efficiency. Qualifications and Experience: - Education: - Preferred: Graduate degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management. - Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in showroom sales or retail operations, preferably in the sanitaryware, bathware fitting, and kitchenware industry. Skills Required: - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Strong customer service and sales abilities. - Confident and persuasive in client interactions. - Good knowledge of showroom operations and visual merchandising. - Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations. - Team player with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
