Store Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to manage daily operations of our family apparel store. The role includes staff supervision, customer service, inventory control, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
• Supervise and train store staff
• Maintain stock levels, ordering, and inventory records
• Ensure proper display of apparel and visual merchandising
• Monitor sales performance and meet targets
• Handle billing, cash, and daily sales reports
• Maintain store cleanliness and discipline

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in retail or apparel store management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and billing system knowledge
• Leadership and problem-solving ability

Experience

• 2–5 years experience in apparel or retail store management preferred

• Assist in stock checking and replenishment
• Support store manager in daily tasks
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Basic math and billing knowledge
• Willingness to learn and work in a team

Experience

• Fresher or 1–2 years retail/apparel experience preferred

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
