Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic person who is willing to join passionate team and work in a PAN India.

Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate vendors for furniture, fixtures, modular systems, lighting, flooring, and décor.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and quality.
Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability of materials on site.
Coordinate with design and project teams to align procurement with execution timelines.
Maintain updated records of vendor contracts, quotations, and material specifications.
Monitor stock levels and initiate fulfil project needs.
Ensure compliance with company or client procurement policies and statutory requirements.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for procurement-related activities.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3–5 years of experience in procurement for interior design or construction projects.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Familiarity with materials used in corporate interiors (wood, laminates, glass, metal, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation workflows.
Ready work on site in all India

Salary

35000 to 40000 (Monthly)
