Job Description

We are currently seeking a Store Operation Manager for our Tanishq Jewe'llery store. As the Store Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise store staff

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management

- Implement store policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize store performance

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the jewe'llery industry

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis
