Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as the store’s strategic and operational leader, ensuring all aspects of the store meet company goals and standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash management, and floor supervision Hire, train, and schedule store employees for maximum efficiency Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting and achieving store targets Ensure excellent visual merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment Address customer concerns and maintain high service quality Enforce safety, compliance, and loss prevention policies Prepare and present regular reports on performance, costs, and employee productivity
