Store Manager

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion/apparel.
• Proven experience in team leadership and customer service.
• Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, and basic Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management / Business Administration or relevant field.
• Experience in visual merchandising and fashion retail trends.
• Knowledge of local customer preferences and festive seasons.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the backend team for restocking.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Ensure all customers receive prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service.
• Promote a customer-first culture within the store.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
