Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Chennai. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and implementing effective strategies for meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, handling customer interactions, maintaining inventory, and executing retail loss prevention measures. The Store Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive environment that reflects KISNA’s values and high standards.

Qualifications

Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise.
Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Proficiency in Store Management and knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices.
Leadership and organizational abilities to manage store operations and team performance.
Prior experience in retail management, especially in the jewelry or luxury goods industry, is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proficient in basic computer and sales software applications.
