• Experience in modular, interior design, or premium retail industry.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Customer-centric mindset and team management capability.

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Modula. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Modula’s Experience Centre, ensuring a seamless and premium customer journey from consultation to project closure. The role involves achieving sales and conversion targets, maintaining visual and operational excellence, and upholding Modula’s brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, customer engagement, and business acumen, with prior experience in the modular industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Experience Centre, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the design and sales team to achieve performance and sales targets.

• Drive sales growth, monitor KPIs, and ensure high lead-to-conversion ratios.

• Maintain the store’s visual presentation, product displays, and overall ambience.

• Manage customer interactions, resolve escalations, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.

• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for timely project execution.

• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for regional and senior management.

• Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
