Job Summary:

Store Manager / Store In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end store operations, including raw material management, inventory control, and stock preservation.
Oversee physical loading, unloading, storage, identification, and safe preservation of materials.
Handle the receiving process of all incoming materials, including physical verification and documentation checks against Challan, Invoice, Bill of Entry, and Purchase Orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of goods, including preparation of MIS reports.
Ensure timely and accurate issuance of production materials as per production plans and orders.
Implement FIFO system for both raw materials and finished goods.
Conduct manual stock verification at regular intervals.
Supervise and manage store labor for efficient operations.
Maintain dispatch records and stock reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles in store-related documentation.
Work extensively on
Zoho
and
ERP systems
for all store activities (experience in these platforms will be a strong advantage).

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate or Diploma in Engineering/Commerce/Related Field.
6 to 12 years of experience in engineering project-based or manufacturing setup.
Proven expertise in store and inventory management.
Strong working knowledge of
Zoho
and
ERP systems
is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
