Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily operations at Sri Murugan Stores. The Store Manager will ensure smooth functioning of the store, drive sales performance, provide excellent customer service, manage inventory, and maintain a high standard of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and workflow.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure store is clean, organized and visually appealing.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and guide store staff
• Prepare duty schedules and manage attendance
• Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

Inventory & Merchandising

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Maintain accurate inventory and basic records
• Support merchandising and promotional activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in retail management (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to manage staff and operations independently
• Customer-focused attitude
• Good understanding of sales and customer service best practices.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and daily operations.
