We are hiring a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have leadership qualities, sales experience, and the ability to manage staff, inventory, and customer service efficiently.
Supervise and guide sales staff
Monitor daily sales and store performance
Ensure excellent customer experience
Handle stock, billing, and vendor coordination
Maintain store cleanliness and security
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of retail/store management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing, inventory)
Preferred background: Jewellery or retail
