Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager with a strong command of SAP and hands-on expertise in the Injection Moulding industry field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, driving sales, mentoring staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction while leveraging SAP for inventory, production, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have strong Command on SAP.

• Must have strong Experience in Injection Moulding Field. 

• Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff

• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

• Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance

• Additional store manager duties as needed

• Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager

• Powerful leading skills and business orientation

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP.

• In-depth knowledge of Injection Moulding processes and operations.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail or manufacturing.

• Excellent team leadership, staff training, and mentoring capabilities.

• Strong customer management and conflict resolution skills.

• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Business-oriented mindset with focus on performance and profitability.
