Store Manager

As a Store Manager at In Person located in Saharanpur, U.P., your primary responsibilities will include inventory management, procurement coordination, team leadership, compliance and safety, as well as coordination with the production department. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, implementing inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies, and conducting regular stock audits to ensure alignment with system records. Collaboration with the procurement team will be essential to ensure timely ordering of materials, monitor supplier performance, and negotiate with vendors for favorable terms and pricing. In terms of team leadership, you will supervise and train store personnel, assign tasks, monitor performance, and create a safe and productive work environment to achieve departmental goals. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections, and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Working closely with the production department, you will forecast material requirements, ensure timely availability of components to avoid production delays, and address any issues related to material shortages or excesses. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in store management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards are required.
