Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Sector-10, Noida. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also handle staff management, including training and scheduling, and will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
