Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Monitor stock levels, ensure product displays are attractive, and assist with restocking.
Help with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Uphold store policies, procedures, and brand standards.
