Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end storage and handling of raw materials and packing materials.
Ensure timely availability of RM and PM for production as per the production plan.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitor material shelf life, batch tracking, and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance.
Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and safe storage as per regulatory and GMP norms.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams for material planning and usage.
Maintain stock minimum and reorder levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Manage inward and outward logistics of RM/PM with proper documentation.
Handle audits (internal/external) and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA, or other regulatory bodies.
Train and supervise warehouse/store staff on SOPs, safety, and material handling.
Implement 5S, lean inventory, and continuous improvement practices in the store.

Required Skills

Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
Logical thinking.
Organizing.
Good in communication.

Required Qualification:- Any Graduation
