We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our ethnic wear retail stores located in Shahpur Jat and South Ex. This role demands a passionate leader who understands fashion retail, is sales-driven, and excels at team and store management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales and achieve daily/weekly targets
• Oversee all store operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Manage inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy
• Ensure timely billing, charge entries, and daily reporting
• Maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards in-store
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handling
• Manage and motivate the in-store team to meet performance goals
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints gracefully

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in retail store management, preferably in fashion/ethnic wear

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Effective team leadership and time management
• Proficiency in basic POS systems and inventory tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
