Store Manager - retail Showroom

Staff & Team Management

• Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and schedule employees to ensure maximum efficiency and customer service quality.
• Performance Management: Motivate and guide the retail team, conduct performance reviews, and manage disciplinary issues.
• Leadership: Foster a positive work environment and develop staff for future roles.

Operations & Sales

• Sales & Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, increase profitability, and analyze sales data.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, oversee ordering and replenishment, and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, with effective promotional displays.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensure overall store functionality.

Customer Service & Compliance

• Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and set high standards for customer service.
• Compliance: Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention measures.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to drive improvement.

Financial & Administrative

• Budgeting: Prepare and manage store budgets to control expenditures and ensure efficiency.
• Reporting: Generate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to assess store performance.
• Liaison: Communicate business updates, targets, and performance feedback to senior management and corporate offices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
