As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail outlet. Your role will involve managing inventory levels, billing systems, and visual merchandising standards to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. You will lead, train, and supervise the customer service team to maintain performance and service quality, while also addressing and resolving walk-in customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Additionally, maintaining store hygiene, layout organization, and stock accuracy will be crucial to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily store operations - Manage inventory levels, billing systems, and visual merchandising standards - Lead, train, and supervise the customer service team - Ensure high level of customer satisfaction - Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback - Maintain store hygiene, layout organization, and stock accuracy Key Skills & Requirements: - Proven leadership and team management skills in a retail environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in POS systems and inventory/stock management software (an advantage) - Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach - Highly organized, punctual, and results-driven - Valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler for local commute and coordination In addition to the above requirements, the job type is full-time and the work location is in person.,
