As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily store operations to maintain smooth and efficient functioning - Managing inventory levels, billing systems, and visual merchandising standards - Leading, training, and supervising the customer service team to uphold performance and service quality - Ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service - Addressing and resolving walk-in customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively - Maintaining store hygiene, layout organization, and stock accuracy Key Skills & Requirements: - Proven leadership and team management skills in a retail environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff - Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory/stock management software may be an added advantage - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach - Highly organized, punctual, and results-driven Please note that a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory for local commute and coordination.
