Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Reliance My Jio Store in Bareilly, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers while achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability. Your key responsibilities will include team leadership, where you will recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates. Setting performance expectations, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and fostering a positive work environment will be essential. Additionally, you will drive sales growth through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies while providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and complaints. In terms of inventory management, you will be tasked with managing inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing efficient stock rotation and markdown strategies. Maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing daily cash transactions accurately will also fall under your purview. Visual merchandising is another key aspect of your role, where you will implement standards to create an appealing product display, monitor product presentation, and update displays to promote sales. You will also analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions, preparing and submitting regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, proven experience in retail management (preferably in the electronics industry), strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in using MS Office tools, and knowledge of electronic products and accessories is a plus. Additionally, the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
