We’re looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Murukku outlet. You’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring seamless guest experiences, efficient inventory management, and smooth store functioning. ✔ Guest Relations: Ensure outstanding customer service, handle feedback, and maintain Murukku’s hospitality standards.

✔ Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing, staff scheduling, hygiene compliance, and store presentation.

✔ Inventory & Receiving: Manage stock levels, place orders, conduct audits, and minimize wastage.

✔ Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain efficiency and a positive work culture.

✔ Sales & Profitability: Drive store performance, monitor costs, and implement strategies to boost revenue.

✔ Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, licensing, and company policies.

✅ 1+ years of experience in QSR/F&B store management (South Indian cuisine is a plus!).

✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

✅ Hands-on with inventory systems, POS operations, and basic financial reporting.
