STORE MANAGER

As the Store Manager for a manufacturing unit, your role involves overseeing the efficient operations of the store. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing raw material, components, and finished goods inventory levels - Conducting regular stock checks, audits, and reconciling discrepancies - Supervising the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while enforcing safety and security measures - Implementing effective inventory control processes and optimizing warehouse layout - Coordinating with procurement for timely and cost-effective replenishment - Liaising with production and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted operations - Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting stock movement and trends - Leading, training, and motivating the store team to achieve operational excellence To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Graduation/diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing setup - Strong skills in inventory management software and MS Office - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities - Knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous In addition to the outlined responsibilities and requirements, the company offers a salary as per industry standards, negotiable based on experience.,
