About Us:
Pammi’s National Bakery is a reputed bakery brand offering premium cakes, pastries, and baked goods. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily store operations and staff performance.
· Ensure high-quality customer service and handle queries or complaints efficiently.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the factory for timely product supply.
· Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and product display standards.
· Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
· Train, schedule, and motivate store team members.
· Prepare basic expense and stock reports.
· Ensure smooth coordination between store and management team.
Requirements:
· Experience in retail, bakery, or food service management preferred.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Basic knowledge of billing, stock management, and cash handling.
· Ability to manage staff and handle long working hours effectively.
· Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.
