Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Mens Apparel store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performance retail teams, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day store operations ensuring operational excellence. Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement. Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand standards and seasonal trends. Recruit, train, coach, and develop store staff to enhance productivity and performance. Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure availability of key SKUs. Analyze sales trends and KPIs to develop action plans for business growth. Maintain high standards of visual presentation and hygiene across the store. Manage customer escalations and ensure positive customer experience. Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and events. Preferred candidate profile : Candidates only from Men's apparel are preferable Experience in overall store operations, staff management, visual merchandising, inventory control.
