Qualification - Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain

Experience - Min 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in store or warehouse operations

Salary - Upto 6 LPA + Accommodation + Food

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to manage our store operations, including inventory control, documentation, and stock record maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in inventory systems, store documentation procedures, and team supervision, with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all processes.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management systems.

* Handle goods inward and outward processes (GRN, DC, SRN, invoice matching, etc.).

* Prepare, maintain, and verify documentation for stock receipt, issue, return, and transfers.

* Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.

* Maintain proper stacking, labeling, and segregation of materials in the store.

* Ensure timely issuance of materials to departments as per requirements.

* Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and logistics teams for order and delivery follow-ups.

* Monitor slow-moving, expired, or damaged inventory and take corrective actions.

* Implement best practices for storage, safety, cleanliness, and compliance.

* Supervise and guide store assistants, helpers, and other staff.

Skills

* Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.

* Proficient in documentation and record-keeping (manual and digital).

* Experience with ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
