Store Manager /Male

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our garment showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring sales performance, maintaining inventory, and creating a positive shopping environment. This role requires strong leadership, retail knowledge, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily showroom operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all sales and service activities.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee product presentation, merchandise display, cleanliness, and overall look of the showroom.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment of jeans, shirts, and other garments.
• Manage inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and reduce stock discrepancies or damages.
• Plan and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns to increase footfall and revenue.
• Analyze daily sales reports, track performance indicators, and submit weekly/monthly reports to management.
• Organize staff duty rosters, manage attendance, and ensure discipline and professionalism among team members.
• Ensure proper functioning of billing systems, POS machines, cash counters, and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Develop and maintain strong communication between sales staff and management.
• Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and quality checks of incoming stock.
• Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, fabric types, and customer preferences to guide the sales team.
• Ensure the showroom follows safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; certification in retail management is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in garment retail or showroom management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Excellent customer-handling abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in POS systems, billing operations, and basic MS Office.
• Energetic, responsible, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.

Salary :- 22000 to 25000k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• 5 yr's: 2 years (Preferred)
