We’re looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead our flagship store operations and elevate the customer experience.

Key

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations including sales, inventory, and customer experienceLead, train, and motivate the sales teamDrive footfall and conversions through proactive customer engagement and follow-upsEnsure premium customer service aligned with the LUXL brand valuesMaintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the storeCoordinate with backend teams for stock management and order fulfilmentMaintain accurate sales reports, invoices, and petty cash recordsAct as the point of contact for escalations and VIP clients

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a premium/luxury retail storeStrong leadership, sales and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPrior experience in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle segment preferredEye for design and presentationFluent in English; Kannada and Hindi are a plus
