About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads across Bangalore through field visits, networking, and local outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the architecture, design, and construction community.
• Drive showroom footfall through proactive B2C engagement and referral partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations and site meetings to showcase LUXL’s collection.
• Collaborate with the marketing and showroom team to close deals and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prospects, and opportunities using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing—preferably in furniture, interiors, real estate, or luxury segments.
• Strong local network within Bangalore’s A&D (Architect & Design) community is a

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with regular city travel and in-person client meetings.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about luxury design.
