Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall, maximize sales, and improve profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage through effective controls.
• Ensure store visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines to create an engaging shopping environment.
• Track and analyze sales reports, customer trends, and competitor activities to optimize business performance.
• Handle customer concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational processes.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing and customer-centric team.

Qualifications
