Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Hyderabad. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Daily tasks include managing customer service, addressing customer concerns, ensuring the store is well-organized and clean, handling administrative tasks, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in a retail management role is preferable
