Job Description

Role Overview:

Loss Prevention Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze shrinkage trends across retail outlets and take preventive action.
Conduct regular store audits, surprise checks, and inventory verifications.
Implement and enforce SOPs related to security, inventory control, and cash handling.
Investigate internal and external thefts, stock discrepancies, and suspicious activities.
Support the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV and EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) systems.
Coordinate with store managers and staff to conduct training on loss prevention awareness and fraud control.
Liaise with law enforcement agencies as required during investigations.
Maintain and update reports related to store audits, theft incidents, and compliance checks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Finance) to ensure overall store discipline and adherence to policies.

Key Requirements:

35 years of experience
in
Loss Prevention
in a
retail or FMCG environment
.
Strong knowledge of theft/fraud detection techniques and audit procedures.
Familiarity with security systems like CCTV, alarm systems, and EAS.
Good communication, investigation, and reporting skills.
Ability to travel frequently across multiple store locations.

Preferred Skills:

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Knowledge of legal procedures related to retail theft and fraud.
