Store Manager

· Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the store room.

· Maintain all FSSAI related documentation.

· Ensure cost effectiveness without compromising quality.

· Ensure alternative to desired product list and vendor list to be available.

· To ensure short checks are made weekly to check on any expired items in the kitchen & kitchen store & report the same.

· To ensure FIFO is followed & tagging done when necessary.

· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

· Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.

· Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.

· Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.

· To ensure cleanliness in the department is maintained.

· Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.

· Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.

· Research potential vendors.

· Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

· Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

· Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

· Review quality of purchased products.

· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

· Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.

· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

· Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

· Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

· Learn and implement cost control.

· Contribute towards the financial goal of the organisation and attain Budgets.

To ensure timely suggestion on work environment and performance is recorded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
