About the Role:

We are looking for a Store Manager for Stationery Store operations near Jigani, Bangalore, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

· Lead & Manage: Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency across retail and supply chain.

· Drive Excellence: Maintain high-quality standards in overall brand experience.

· Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team across different functions.

· Customer Experience: Ensure top-tier customer service and create an engaging, memorable atmosphere.

· Stock & Inventory: Optimize inventory levels, manage vendors, and oversee procurement.

· Financial Accountability: Control operational costs, improve margins, and ensure profitability.

· Process Optimization: Implement best practices, optimize RTO or return losses from eCommerce platforms

· Brand Alignment: Execute brand vision, working closely with leadership to innovate and differentiate.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in retail operations - preferably stationery or robotics store / supermarket operations. Process-driven leader who thrives in structured yet dynamic environments. Excellent people management and leadership skills. Hands-on & proactive—someone who gets things done and thrives in problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
