Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure seamless functioning
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve store performance goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalations effectively
• Ensure adherence to Apple’s service standards and operational excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management (preferably in electronics or premium retail)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to attend 15–20 days of training in Bangalore prior to joining
