Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our jewelry retail store. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high-end retail management, with a strong understanding of luxury product sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and team leadership. You will be responsible for maximizing store performance, driving sales, and ensuring a premium customer experience aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

  • Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized luxury experience.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to maximize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

Store Operations

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure proper handling and security of high-value inventory.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, layout, and product displays in line with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams for replenishment.
  • Oversee regular stock takes and inventory audits.
  • Prevent stock loss through effective security and loss prevention measures.

Team Management

  • Schedule and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and high performance.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to drive business improvements.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on product trends and market competition.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Sales-driven with strong customer service focus.
  • Good knowledge of jewellery products (gemstones, gold, diamonds, etc.)
  • Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and retail management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
