Store Manager (Jewellery Industry)

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team to achieve sales and service excellence
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, footfall, and customer retention.
• Analyse business performance, identify gaps, and take proactive steps to boost profitability.
• Collaborate with management to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience in line with brand values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal and high-value customers.
• Should have minimum 5 years in relevant industry
• Negotiate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure favourable pricing and timely deliveries.
• Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, and stock rotation to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Train staff to deliver courteous, solution-oriented service across all touchpoints.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and compliance checks
• Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge about diamond jewellery and the industry in general
• Well versed with multiple languages (preferably, Kannada, English, Hindi and Tamil)
• Excellent communication with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
