Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations for improvement.
Maintain high levels of visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
